Wet dry is a dry season condition characterized by high intensity of rainfall. Changes in the intensity of rainfall that has been tendered, have a close influence on the process of fulfilling food namely agriculture. Types of food commodities, fertilization scheduling, harvest scheduling, irrigation scheduling, etc. will be adjusted to climate conditions based on climate data several years in advance. This prompted the Department of Geophysics and Meteorology (GFM), Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) IPB University to hold a discussion on “Wet Dry 2020: Challenges and Opportunities in the Agriculture Sector” through the Zoom and Live Streaming Youtube application (7/21).
