Student Executive Body (BEM KM) of IPB University (IPB) held the Opening Ceremony of IPB Students Olympiad (OMI) 2019, Saturday (30/3) in Gymnasium of IPB Dramaga Campus. During that event, IPB Rector, Dr. Arif Satria alongside his higher-ups, were present. The Opening Ceremony of this year’s OMI was greeted with massive enthusiasm by IPB students who crowded the whole tribunes in Gymnasium. The Opening was symbolically initiated by the Rector by igniting the olympiads torch which represents fighting spirit, sportsmanship, and integrity. The event was enlivened by percussion performance by Gumatika percussion group.
