Coordinating Ministry for Human Developments and Cultural Affairs (Kemenko PMK) Collaborates with Department of Family and Consumer Sciences (IKK) of IPB University in Handling the Extreme Poverty in Families of Fishermen

Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the poverty rate in Indonesia in 2021 fell slightly compared to the rate in 2020. The number of poor people as of March 2021 was 10.14 percent or 54 million and in 2020 it is 10.19 percent or 27.55 million. Although the number of poor people has decreased, it is still high in Indonesia in terms of the number.
