As a university which puts high emphasis on innovation, IPB University students and researchers have released a multitude number of products which have been commercialized, on of which is the Clarias Catfish Oil. This fish oil is a product which solves not just issues in the field of health and wellbeing, but also waste management. It was produced with the aim for providing a practical solution for the elderly to suppress the rate of cholesterol production as well as to maintain normal body weight. This innovation was created by IPB University researchers: Prof. Dr. Clara M Kusharto, MSc, Dr. Sugeng Heri Suseno, S.Pi, M.Si, Nunung Cipta Dainy, and Mia Srimiati, S.Gz, M.Si.
