Dr Mohammad Mukhlis Kamal, a lecturer at IPB University was invited as the main resource person in the EAFM-Leads (Ecosystem Approach to Fisheries Management) training in Port Sudan, the Capital of the Red Sea State recently. The training was attended by leaders representing various institutions in fisheries management in the Red Sea Region.
