This study aims to develop the use of pumpkin seeds and black oncom as an emergency food in the form of biscuits that can meet the energy and nutrient needs of children under five in emergencies. This biscuit is a ready-to-eat food that is practical for toddlers during natural disaster. The ingredients of the manufacture are also affordable local foodstuffs and can be easily found, such as pumpkin seeds, black oncom, rice flour, cow milk and young papaya sap.
