The high prevalence of stunting is a problem in Ciwalen Village, Warungkondang District, Cianjur Regency, West Java. Based on 2021 data, 46 children under two years old (baduta) are indicated to be stunted. IPB University Researchers Create the Disease-resistant IPB-C1KUAT Catfish Variety

The research team from IPB University has developed the IPB-C1KUAT catfish variety (Cooperation between Aquaculture Unit and Center for Freshwater Aquaculture Fisheries/BBPBAT).
