Dr Luky Adrianto, IPB University expert from the Department of Aquatic Resources Management, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, and a senior researcher in the Center of Coastal and Marine Resources Studies (CCMRS), has been heavily involved in the efforts of achieving Blue Economy. One of the routes which Dr Luky is taking to achieve this goal is getting involved in bilateral discussions between different countries, including Vietnam and Seychelles.
