The Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (FPIK) IPB University held a focus group discussion (FGD) on the development of a sustainable eel business, at Pelabuhan Ratu, Sukabumi, 13/12. FPIK IPB University also formed a National Research Priority Team (PRN) for eel. This team is coordinated by Prof. Ridwan Affandi, with members Dr. Ronny Irawan Wahju, Dr. Kamal, Dr. Agus Oman Sudrajat, Dr. Tatag Budiardi, and Dr. Mala Nurilmala. The PRN Eel TEAM has a goal to manage eel from upstream to downstream, so it is necessary to conduct FGD so that information on the results of the PRN Eel research reaches relevant stakeholders.
