Indonesia’s Processed Food Consumption Only Reaches 30 Percent

Indonesia cannot stop people’s consumption of processed food. The processed food industry will continue to rise each year. But what needs to be done is to ensure the safety, sustainability and availability of the community’s reach for processed food. This was conveyed by Prof. Nuri Andarwulan, Head of the Southeast Asian Food Center, Agricultural Science and Technology (Seafast Center), Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) IPB university.
