“Let people who eat sago stay in sago, those who eat corn and cassava continue to eat corn and cassava. Hence, it does not burden the rice. During this condition, we have to think further, whether in the pandemic and post-pandemic periods,” said Dr. Purwono,lecturer from the Department of Agronomy and Horticulture (AGH), Faculty of Agriculture, IPB University on his presentation at the Agropreneur and Green Job Webinar, (11/7). This webinar that was conducted by Student Board of Agronomy and Holticulture (Himagron), IPB University was raised the issue on the food commodity substitution and diversification.
