IPB University Students Create MPASI Biscuits made from Silkworm Pupae

The Student Creativity Program Team for Entrepreneurship (PKM-K) IPB University succeeded in creating an MPASI biscuit product called MORI BISCUIT. The biscuits are made from silkworm pupae (Bombyx mori). The team consisting of five students wanted to help reduce stunting and reduce the risk of protein deficiency in children through MPASI biscuits which are rich in protein and gluten free.
