The increasing demands of the working environment forces higher education institutions to raise its alumni competence. On another note, the undergraduate nature of being proactive, able to think critically and adequate communication skills also need to be honed. The department of Plant Protection (PTN) Faculty of Agriculture, IPB University answers this challenge by strengthening its alumni quality, introducing them to stakeholders from the government, higher education institutions, industries and alumni to share their perspective on the alumni criteria expected of them especially in the digitalized era.
